The front end site was built using the static site generator Hugo, though it utilizes custom htmp, css, js code. Data from analyzed Seurat objects are hosted with Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s cellxgene with Novartis’ cellgene-gateway. This website allows for the simplified sharing of data by the lab members, and collaborators. cellxgene gives data exploration tools to the lab members which accelerates project completion.
